Oh, wow. =O

Okay, okay, I'm supposed to be cramming for my Geography Exam, but I thought it would be too much of a waste not to put down my first impression right now.

As usual, great work, but I could easily tell that you spent a LOT more time on this than the others. For one thing, it deviates from your usual "style" of composition. Not so much that it totally alienates it, but enough to make it stand out.

The strings are a nice touch in the BG, but will you EVER use them as a melody instead of hiding them in the BG? *head-desk*

It starts off and ends almost the same way, which I interpret as your "blessing" to him to return the same way that he left. This bit some what reminds me of your "Insanity Inside", though.

I don't have much time to compliment you and whatnot, but I wanna maybe talk to you some time about this one.

<3, Aims

MaestroSorrow responds:

Thanks Aims, I did indeed spend a good deal more time on this then most my songs... I blame Dan, if he wasn't such a great guy, I wouldn't have had to spend ANY energy on his face, but now look, reduced to slaving away for hours upon hours T-T.

You have the interpretation right, and maybe one day I'll use the strings as the melody... one day ^^.

Thanks for the review.

Beautiful

I read the review that Milkman-Dan gave this piece and I felt compelled to review it myself. It's defenitly a large improvement compared to the previous piece in Dan's name. The way the piece builds up not only in tempo but in ferioucity and power is amazing. It represents how Newgrounds reacted when Milkman-Dan began posting his music here. We were completely blown out of the way by his mastery. He captured the elments of music just as you have MaestrowSorrow. One day you both will reach your mastery of all element of classical music. Keep up the good work!

MaestroSorrow responds:

thank you Zen. Your are absolutely correct that is the story.

Dan enters a newgrounds site. It's a daunting site, filled with many many alreadly established musicians. To top it all off, he focuses in a genre that isn't all that looked up to. Newgrounds is a Techno/Trance site, and so to win listeners, he's gonna have to try pretty hard.

Eventually, he builds up power, and skill, and he reaches that place.

He makes his final words, and leaves us.

I pray for his safety and success. Thank you Zen, your words and support both mean a good deal to me.
