Dark Matter featuring heavy drums, distorted electronic bass line, passionate strings and a scent of despair. Composed under the influence of a nervous breakdown. Might work for some action episode.

dude, this is really awesome. i'm really glad i came across this song, but i'm really surprised this doesn't have alot of views. i agree with what gadogry said though, could use a bit of a better ending. also, idk if there really is a sudden stop in the middle of the song (0:46) or it's just my computer, but if it's there i'd take it out.
by the way, are you recording the song actually playing it, or using some kind of software or site to make the song. if you're using a software or site, can you tell me what it is?

Hi there and thanks for commenting, really glad you liked the piece. Speaking of the views, well, you could help me to change the situation by spreading the word and it would be much appreciated ;) The program is called FL Studio 10 and as far as I remember I used East West/QuantumLeap: Colossus VSTi plug-in for the piano, Symphonic Orchestra for the strings and some native synthesizers apart from it. Hopefully, that helps! And maybe I should consider revamping this audio a little later.

This is really good! A few things:

-- The first ~12 seconds was fantastic, sets the mood up real good.
-- The drum work at ~0:48 and ~1:05 was nice. I thought you could have used more of those.
-- The ending is a little meh... it can use more "thump" I think.
--- The momentary silence at 0:46 sounded out of place... was it intended?

Again, overall this is really good. Keep it coming!

Concerning the moments [~0:48 and ~1:05] I think I might re-use this somewhere else in the future. Especially, if you find this interesting :)
Yeah, I know what you mean by that "thump". Now that I listen to it, I cannot disagree with what you said.
When I implemented that moment of silence I wanted it to sound as if suddenly something takes your breath away. Hope it answers your question. But maybe you're right, the point is I've listened to the audio so many times that I can't tell what feels natural and what doesn't.
