Electronic - Dubstep

Author Comments

Debuting into the brony music scene, now. Featuring my OC, Glitch Sequence (based on my official stage name, Reali-tGlitch).

It has been AGES since I started and finished something this quick (about 5-6 hours one night, and the last time was back in October), and I couldn't be happier. It took me an additional 5-6 hours of editing.

I hope you all enjoy!

Rarity is the best pony...............................or electronic pony.................................

Reali-tGlitch responds:

"Rarity is best pony."

Make up your mind. (just kidding)

(and AJ is best pony)

I agree that Rarity is best for use in music. OTHER than Pinkie Pie, of course.

Wow. This is really impressive! The lyrics in this, they are so inspirational ;) The drop is really well done. And the bass effects in the verse, they are so glitchy and amazing! Let me guess. Did you use DBlue Glitch? That's just my guess, I use it myself, great plugin.

It's a long song. But that is definitely a good thing. I usually make really long songs when I enjoy making them. Not that 6 minutes is really long. But it's, above average. just means there's about enough time to really think about all the different effects and instruments in this song.

This is really great. I enjoyed it until the last second. keep up the excellent work! :)

Reali-tGlitch responds:

I do, in fact, use DBlue. It's amazing (and free, unlike GrossBeat).

And thank you for enjoying :)

It's been a while since I've been surprised by a drop. Great song, even if I don't like MLP myself.

Been a while since I even POSTED anything XD

Nice to see you again.

And I'm glad that you like it.

The buildup is decent and the lyrics feel pretty controlled everything seems nicely balanced until
the dubstep comes in...I don't even really qualify this as dubstep personally.
Its understandable that dubstep is a popular form of music (right now) and many electronic producers wanna jump on board but personally I feel although you have skill in techno/dance but your techniques in dubstep need some improvement.

Reali-tGlitch responds:

I have been doing this for a while ( about 2 years now for dubstep, and 5 for music in general). I typically don't have a four-on-the-floor beat to it. This is what would be considered brostep, for the most part. It is still a subgenre of dubstep. I recommend you listen to my other stuff to get a sense of what I do. I tend to go to many genres, anyway.

I appreciate the input, though. I like putting spins on different genres, and since this is closest to dubstep, that is what I put it under.
