This is my entry to Bosa's Dreams of Splendor Contest.

[NG is NOTORIOUS for glitching audio tracks in the flash player. Maybe it's just me... Maybe not... I recommend to DOWNLOAD the track to listen to it if you are experiencing those glitches from NGs audio player]

This has use of REAL instruments and SAMPLE library instruments.

Voice Acting:

Here is the narrative spoken in the piece:
What does it really take to be a hero?
Does a hero emerge from notable acts of courage or by conquering evil forces?
What do heroes aspire to be?
What do heroes dream about?

And once this dream has ended and their heroic acts have been forgotten are they still known as a beloved hero?
What does this ʻheroʼ do when all those who are good falls into the shadows of evil
again?
What is to become of those who he spares?

Should a hero show mercy?

Our hero emerges from battle.
Wounded and tired from the all the horrors of war a hero should stand strong and
victorious.
Heroes dont live forever, but their heroic acts, their dreams of splendor, they will live on through eternity.
How long will this victory last?
When will our hero fall?
When will we see their heroic acts become their demise?

Sorry I didn't get the shout-outs in there it was long enough as it is...

Enjoy!

amazing composition. you definitely should re upload it without the dialogue. It would allow more animators to use it in their animations.

This is great, but would you post a version without the vocals? I like to listen to instrumentals when I brainstorm.
