I noticed some LoFi distortion at the beginning of the song, I recommend getting the waves restoration bundle for that. Perhaps something is EQ'd too high? Maybe some unneeded frequencies are being used?
Other than that everything seems in place, props on getting an extremely talented vocalist. Piano overall seems a bit loud, could bring up the vocals a bit more, add a small bassline (perhaps just a sustaining sub bass for shits and giggles.) Other than that I'd have to say this has the "Masterpiece" potential if you work a little more on the mastering, and add a few FX here and there.
