Wow! I'm fucking in love with this song. It almost sounds as if it was made by a professional. The only thing it's missing is a sub-bass. if there is one, make it louder! other than that, it sounds awesome. Definitely a download. Oh, and may I ask, what VST did you use for the main bass? It sounds great.

Killerkb responds:

Thank you so much! I love getting these reviews, boosting my ego' and all. Hahaha.
Knowing that people enjoy my work, always makes me feel good! This song doesn't have a sub-bass. I've had some comments on this before. So I'll definitely keep that in mind for any future songs!
I hardly use any VST's by the way. The main bass'/melody is a sample that I heavily altered, (like I do with 90% of my songs) and just fuck around with.
Most of my songs start of with me just playing around in FruityLoops, when suddenly a sound gets made which I like and can (maybe) work with. I'll add stuff to it; other crazy random sounds, hoping that it forms into something I could make a full song with.
The majority of my work is sheer luck, really.

That was 100% dirty!

I really really really like this! I agree with Yoshi about the layering, however the vocal clip was actually sick, because you built up the tune, me expecting it to drop, then the vocals then a drop for a heavy track.

I would not mind using use in a future youtube video of mine (with your permission ofc) we should talk :)

Haha, I enjoyed voicing that vocal clip'. I'm glad this is to your liking!
Of course you can use my music. I'd be honored.

Bloody hell, this sounds menacing. But moving on...

The drums could use some beefing up. Try layering the kicks and snares with something heavier. Also, hi hats.

That vocal clip at around 1:02 is a bit too long. If it was used in the later parts (more energetic parts...if it had any more), then it would probably fit in fine,

The energetic bit could use more energy. Get a low, gritty/distorted bass in there (or if there's already one, fatten that poor skinny fella!). And sometimes the beat skip doesn't sound nice (before the 4-to-the-floor beat).

TL;DR
Hook this track up with the sloppiest couch potato you know and get this sick filth real fat.

Now these are the reviews I like.

You're right, I didn't layer any of my instruments. Would be a smart plan for future tunes!
As for the vocal clip, it's exactly 4 bars, so I thought it would fit right in, but I'll keep that in mind, next time I'm voicing my own music.

As for beefing it up, that's always a good idea if you ask me. Hahaha. The bass'ier the better. ;)

Cheers!
