Quite the layered/reverb effect, sounds quite familiar to one I have in Logic Pro. If I just guessed that correctly and you're using that program kudoes to me.

audacity free advanced voice edditing softwair, or you could record you voice and send it to me with a discripton of what you want and i will eddit it for you! :3
