Our demogroup is cooking up a quick project for upcoming demoparty Assembly Winter 2013 and they were seeking for a musician. Because m0le is absent so I have volunteered to be the substituted musician. Now I take responsible for both additional coding and music. To be honest I only enter entries for music compos previously, never done demo entry before.
This upload is just the quick mashup of the real 5 minutes long piece. The reason I put it up here because I seek suggestion and feedback. Please leave some comment if you can, it helps me a lot.

Great song man! kind of reminds me of Unreal Tournament for some reason.

Nice retro sound. Ominous intro. Reminds me of old fashioned film scores and video games. I don't have any good advice for you I'm afraid. You'll get there if you continue like this. You can make it longer by repeating some of the early melodic parts in the song, but make them fiercer, with more and higher layers of strings and more counter melodies. Some more attack on the kick maybe. The crash/highhat (whatever it is) is a little overbearing. Not bad per se. Maybe safe it for later in the song. Anyway, I'm sure it will turn out great.
