Not very good. The Chiptune sounded a little overkill to me. It was also difficult to follow the beat. I appreciated the cultured drums though. Keep working!
Just made this real quick. Sampled one of my chiptunes

Dope as fuck!
As a hip-hop artist and producer, I can honestly say you hit this like a pro.
Are you a fan of Fly-Lo? He's a consummate syncopation professional. It sounded just like him.
My one problem is that the bass isn't brought out enough, and I'll use different drums. But that's just taste.
Thanks for the feedback, I have to say this isn't my normal style, but it was fun to try out. I have listened to a bit of Flying Lotus, but mostly my inspiration comes from J Dilla and samiyam. I really like the groove those guys have in their music.
I agree the drums and bass could be mixed better and brought out more and the sample is probably a bit overbearing too
Nice one man!! Awesome rhythm, I just gotta bob my head.
hahaha, this had a really awesome experimental vibe to it. Loved those slightly syncopated drums. Gave the track some interesting flow. I might have sidechained those drums to the front of the mix like a jerk... but then again I'm kind of a jerk.
I loved it when dat bass sexily jumped up an octave for like a note @ 1:14. At least I thought it sounded like an octave. Dunno, my ears have aids. All around that bass was sexy. You should pimp it out on the streets. Make hella bank on dat ass.
