This is my entry for the Mac12 - Christmas Audio Contest.
In this song i tried to capture the happy feelings that Christmas brings to most of our souls by using a Major scale and then use percussion that reminds me a lot of Christmas.
I decided to try out the free 3.5GB pack of sounds that has been around NG for a while and i am completely impressed!! I advise you all to try it even those who have bought some budget instruments, you will like it for sure! If you have downloaded it here goes the list i used:

Flutes____________Good_fl utes.sf2
Slow Strings_______strings_big _&_slow.sf2
Cello_____________S_J_Orc hestral_GM fixed.sf2
Outdoor sounds____Out Back.sf2
Harpsichord_______Keyboar d-Combis.sf2
Piano____________Equinox_
Grand_Pianos.sf2

Percussion:
Chimes_____________roland _orchestral_rhythm.sf2
All other sounds______sinfon36.sf2

All made with my Laptop, Reaper and a Midi Keyboard.
Good luck to all other contestants and merry Christmas to all!!!!!

I like the chimes, percussion and the glittery transitions. They really give off a magical christmas vibe :p. The song also finishes really well. Sounds very professional i must say.

The transition around the 1:13 mark isn't done very well. And its very random as well. Its a nice change in the song but the transition is pretty poor.
Also, some parts sound a bit off tune, but that could just be me.

Really cool how you list all of the sounds and how you made the song in the description. I'm sure some people would be really appreciative of that.

An all- around good song though.

I tried several times to add something that would smooth the transition but always failed big time : / ...if i have time i might still try again but cant really figure out how to do it..

Nice one Divo
In the beginning when the dog was barking i thought someone was gonna say "look it's Santa Claus!"
I like that transition from low pace to high(er) pace, real unorthadox in a good way.
Your definitely gonna give em' a run for their money!
I see you putting in work all over the place. Keep up that hustle buddy!

The change at 1:15 to 1:16 was unexpectable, but the transition could be MUCH better. The beats are happy aswell as christmas is! Quite a good song, lots of variation.
And I do like the piano in the end.

Keep it up. Cheers!
