I am constantly making techno songs running at 145 BPM, 140 BPM . i have even created the feeling which plays at 160BPM so i said why not make a slow song running at.... 128BPM!!! huh? :DDD Want me to tell you a well known song running at that speed? well it's I'm Blue by Eiffel 65.... anyway...

I reckn you pulled it off at 128bpm. May have to try that for one of my next tracks as mine are usually 135-140bpm.
haha why not it's a good speed and techno can range from 120 to 150 (according to wikipedia) according to me techno can range to any speed if you structure the song good and make it sound like techno xD

Reverb on the Bassline is a No Go (But if you are good at mastering then its good)
Way too slow
The reverb makes it sounds like its played in a bedroom room :p
Anyways, the melody is okay :)
The purpose i added reeverb on the bassline is to make it sound more true and clean and not seem that fake and give you a headache lol i add reeverb everywhere ^_^
As for the speed i always create fast hands up techno so i wanted to slow things down
