Damn man...this makes me want to stroll away from metal...you must give me jazz guitar lessons. This is the best non-metal song I've heard on Newgrounds in a long time--oh fuck it, best song period in a long time, I really like the sound of everything. Keep it up, have a 5 :D

Thanks my friend. I tried very hard to make it to be so. ^.^

Your jazz is waaaay better than your rock. This was quite an enjoyable easy-listening, laid back, cool-cat tune.

jaysummers759885 responds:

Thanks man, I fancy myself in jazz/blues/neo jazz. I am really having a lot of trouble with learning how to mix and create my rock with my software. I always find that I am limited by technology when I do it. Things get so crazy and distorted and loud. I am working on it though. It tends to take away from the creative process when you are trying to figure out how to make it work well in the software you are using. It is almost like I am writing parts just for them to be there, so I can fuck around with them a little and make them sound decent enough without taking the time to actually put more into the composition, AND I STILL DON'T HAVE IT FIGURED OUT!!! It is kind of frustrating. lol. >.< I think it will improve when I finally find a good sound for every instrument, so that I can be free to create.

With Jazz man, it just seems like an honest straight forward process. Get a nice beat, break your jazz chords out, and put some tasty clean leads on it. No need to worry about the distortion fighting for the channel. I don't need the kick to break your face lol.. so... It is ALOT easier for me. I also groove with it more, I can really feel it in me bones. ^.^

Thanks for stopping by man,

~J

Really cool song man.Love the clean sound of the guitar. One of the best things I`ve heard on newgrounds so far.

jaysummers759885 responds:

You know, my teacher always used to tell me, "A clean guitar will never tell a lie." It really humbles you sometimes how much you don't know, and more so, the things that you think you do. A clean guitar will really tell people how beautiful the instrument really is, almost like showing them its inner most secret, and is the most challenging way to play the instrument. It is funny how no matter what you do in life, the things worth having always will take more patience, time, and hard work.

"Ignorance is not the enemy of knowledge, it is the illusion of knowledge." ~ Steven Hawking

Thanks for stopping by my man, and thanks for your kind words my good sir. ^.-

Another great Jazz song :D If you keep this up I might seriously consider drinking, smoking and getting a lounge chair and a Jukebox. Maybe even a moustache to twiddle when I feel the need :P

jaysummers759885 responds:

I think your plan is well thought out kind sir! And the mustache? Aces in my book. *gives a thumbs up, and a wink* Make sure to use Dapper Dan, and twist the ends up on that bitch for me though, that is my only condition!!! .... =.= lol

Thanks for stopping by man, it always makes my day to get feedback.
