Really simple piano loop with some drums in the back. Not much else to say.
Nice loop indeed, and it sounds to me like a mellow electric harpischord or some type x-x.

Although it doesn't really sound like a piano... Not sure really what it sounds like though...
I would know, I've played piano for 5 years.
