If you look at this in the musical sense I would say that TK's track has won. His track sounded better. But this is a diss competition, not whom sounds nicer... So I would go with Justin Simon's diss, as his had a hell of a lot more direction and had much more impact in his insults then TK's track.
I know I'm not much (and I'm in the wrong genre of music heh), but my vote goes to JS.

Dammmmmm!!! I think this was a GREAT finale.
TK
-was hell of a lot more original and
-Made me chuckle a couple of times - "you're mother asked your father where the muthafucking condom went/ Nine months later spawns the problem that will now persist to piss me the fuck off til that money's in my pocket shit."
-Has hell of rhymes.

-olskool swag is cool
-Sounds like you need to work on enunciation a little bit. Most was good. Just a couple of times like at 0:51. I think it's cuz you're trying to rap fast.
-Sounds like you're after blood
TK has better rap skills. You can see his hunger for that money. JS was out for blood. I gotta give it to JS for this knockout punch:
"If I didn't know any better, I would think you were the one who's 14/ with the weak bars, high voice, and adolescent emotions/ It sounds like you suck helium balloons, then start recording."
A 14 yr old saying that to a grown man is brutal.

Justin was fucking ill! Justin had many many punchlines that fucked him up, also in the beginning when he said will the real slim shady please stand up!, my vote goes right to Justin. No doubt.
