This is something that I came up with somehow by hitting only the black keys on my keyboard and it turned out quite well. I decided to use a synthetic shamisen tone for this one, instead of a piano because I wanted it to sound more oriental, or more accurately, more Japanese.
Anyways do know that it sounds a bit drawn out like that on purpose, because you know, it's a shamisen. That is how it's supposed to sound (I think).
Anyways, enjoy

so smooth and relaxing very soothing as well and incredibly peaceful... if it were any longer I would have fallen asleep...
Thanks dude! and I'm glad you didn't >:3
Because that would have made me tempted to sleep as well :(

¿Qué pienso? Pienso que hacer una historia corta de un samurai o colaborar en un juego de RPG orientales :)
It appears that has already happened (well... kind of >:P )

Seems like a very nice piece, honestly. I love the slow pace to it, it is very relaxing and soothing as well. From listening to it I feel like it would be a good song for something like Animal Crossing, or a puzzle game of the sort. I admit, the song makes me slightly sleepy in a good way. I enjoy the soothing tone it has to it.
The only complaint I have is that it was kind of short for a piece of this quality. It could have been longer, and you could have possibly gradually increased the pace of it over time to add a dash of flavor to it. Either way, very well done, and a very nice piece. Keep it up!

:D wow that is a very positive response... thank you!
And I'll take that piece of advice in mind... maybe I can do a sort of re-take on this song whenever I get the chance to spice it up a little :)

nice! it sounds like it would make a good beginning to a trance or Dance song as well.
The instrument you're using sounds a bit like a koto, but I see from the Author Comments that is a shamisen. not exactly sure what one of those are so I'm gonna have to look it up. lol
Seriously? You think so :O
Haha and um well, it said on my keyboard that it was a shamisen >_> (but I did look it up, and this shamisen sounds quite like the stuff that I found on youtube... but koto and shamisen do sound similar >:P)
