voices were a bit hard to understand at times but overall the quality was great. Nice lyrics too very meaninful.

Nah, I'm just joking (over what you replied to Bad_Man_Inc).
Seriously, the only thing I've heard from you before this was the FF7 boss theme.
Dunno why... I've seen you around NG, but just never got around to listen to your stuff.

Anyhow, sounds good. Voice did get lost in the mix, but it seems people have been giving you a heads-up about that already.

Now off to listen to more of your stuff.

At a few parts your voice reminded me of Rod Stewart haha not sure if that's what you were going for. The guitar sounded great I have no complaints about it. You have a decent voice I'm a bit suprised. The vocals seemed a bit lost in the mix though so maybe tweak those a bit. All around a good Mother's Day tune.

Excellent composition, very good guitar playing, good voice too. As someone else pointed out, the voice is a tad too soft and blurry in the mix, so it's hard to make out the lyrics - but I managed to. They're kind of sentimental, but undoubtedly sincere and that's what Mother's Day is all about, after all :)
Do you listen to Joni Mitchell at all? If not, you should: it fits your style, and that's a compliment.
5/5 man, keep it up.

Thanks a lot man! Yeah, I think in my self-consciousness about my voice I buried it a little much in the mix -- my guitar-bias shows a little bit, but I think it's good enough. I was reluctant to submit the song with lyrics because it's so personal/sentimental, but I figured it would be worth it to show variety and such. Not a Joni Mitchell fan, but I understand the comparison. I'm glad you enjoyed it and I appreciate the compliments.

Very smooth song for your mother on Mothers Day! I was originally going to give this song a 9 because I am really not into songs that have voices but it's Mothers Day so I gave you the full 10. Your mother must be very proud of you when you made this for her. The beats were good and it was very beautiful. Happy Mothers Day to your Mom and all the other Mothers in your family. :)
