Pretty good submission, it does have a sense of chaotic and uncontrollable anger. The high pitched sounds that are kinda typical to this kind of hardcore industrial is slightly annoying especially considering the fact that the song is a bit repetitive. It has a good variety overall but some segments are dragging too long imo. There's a couple awesome break too. All in all a good track!

The first 30 seconds put a smile on me. It's so angry in an unrestrained way that it's almost cute. Like watching a baby cry his balls out.

But then it got a little repetitive quite quickly. I feel that the lead instrument sounded like "nagging", which is a perfectly reasonable thing for an angry person to do, but not the ONLY thing they do. However, that nagging instrument carried most of the song. Maybe you could have sneak in some SCREAMING? ERUPTION? And at the end, package those layers together and deliver a final rage combo meal punch?

Speaking of the ending, I don't think anger just dies out like that. Fading out loses so much of the momentum you built up. The most obvious thing I can think of is to go chaotic for a bit and end with an emphatic "BAM!!!" But you probably have more creativity than I do.

Despite all the very personal opinions I said above, I think this is decent. Gets the angry point across. And it sounds like you had a blast making it. So that's good :)
