It's good, but for techno, it lacks 2 main things to make it SPECTACULAR!!!!
-Catchy Counter melody... The main melody itself is cool, but with no strong central core to contrast this music, it feels lacking....
-The Passion (Not Gibson). I mean, when it comes to techno, you know a good song when it gets your foot tapping... but honestly, I feel like this is the background to the run of a mill flash game made here on newgrounds... Nothing sticks out in it, it's like the background music of an elevator... Just kinda their, you know?
Overall, the quality is good, and I think it just works as a set piece for something... however, I do feel you played it WAY TO SAFE when making this song.

+A Spectacular song feels like a tiger chasing you down a mountain while your holding the hand of that special someone, and some rich person with nothing better to do is shooting you down with a machine gun that shoots rockets aimed at you.
-A Ok song is that party you went to last night and played one to many drinking games. You know it was fun, but don't remember what happened.
