Probably one of the few tracks that I experienced such a annoying "musician's block" while composing it. I tried so many things, so many instruments, spent a lot of time on it before finally agreeing on how it should play out.

Instead of doing something what I usually do, this track was composed almost solely using the blues scale. Though I suppose it might have still taken on the conventional route as it plays on but it's much better than my first few versions.

For the record, bagpipes were also used in the track. Just so you know what that sound in the middle of the song was.

Good track. I like the main melody a lot here. It creates an atmosphere that is somewhere between "pleasant" and "creepy", which is a real strange mix. I guess it's because you mixed some nice sounding instruments (the bells) with something that doesn't sound too nice at all: The very first instrument we can hear. I don't really know what it is, but it does sound a bit like a music box, heh.

Anyway, this mix between "pleasant" and "almost annoying", together with the humming, bassy instrument that sets in at around 1 minute into the song, creates a very interesting atmosphere.
