This is my first dubstep song! I would like to hear how you think I did.

Made in Fl Studio.
Enjoy!

A fantastic track, the progression is just right for the emotion of the track. Any faster and it would definitely take away. It also isn't too slow, it's just right.
A great piece.

TheyCallMeCaudex responds:

Thank you! I'm glad you liked the progression. I thought it fit.

Just amazing. Nothing else to say.

TheyCallMeCaudex responds:

Thanks!

I like on how much of a deep, emotional feel it had to it. Like a sad part in a movie, great job man.

TheyCallMeCaudex responds:

Thanks, I always try to write emotions into my music. I'm glad you like it!

It depends on what you are going for, but rushing the progression takes away from the musicality of the whole piece. But if you are going for club play, they want to get right to it. It's all what the music is for.

TheyCallMeCaudex responds:

It's not really for club play, but more really for internet play here on NG.

I disagree with AncientDoom. I feel like if you sped it up it would be rushed. It is calm and relaxed. Perhaps more dynamic synths to sate the more ADHD types. (Not implying that AD is!)
It's not really dubstepp.. maybe.. chillstep?
doesn't matter. It's very pretty.

TheyCallMeCaudex responds:

Thanks!
I agree with what you said, for this particular song. I have been listening to a lot of dubstep and I think AncientDoom is right if I was going for straght dubstep, but this is a little bit of a stylized take on the genre.
Thanks for the feedback! :)
