Yeah, um, ok. So I got bored for about 2 hours a few days ago and made this. Didn't get internet for the last few days, so I couldn't upload it. Also, no, this is not that massive project I put up a news post about. THAT I'll get up after this one.

I'm not exactly sure what this is, it was intended to be the background soundtrack for a part in a game. Not sure if it'll be the right one - I might end up making another one for the part.

Either way. Enjoy~

i have just fallen in love with your music, each song telling a different story. its sooo freaking mesmerizing, from the dreamland chronicles to the realms of photon to this, its all a whole story a whole journey a whole adventure fit into not words, but tunes. You sir and legendary !

SkyeWint responds:

Hi! :D

I am VERY glad you think so highly of me - I love painting stories with music rather than words or pictures. If you can close your eyes and 'see' things from the music, then that means I've succeeded.

I hope to bring you more music you love in the future! :D

It has a Metroid feel to it... Man, you'd be an awesome composer for ANY video game...

SkyeWint responds:

Hey there! It's a good thing you think that, because I'm actually making some music for a game another person's making. :) I'm also trying to get into the game industry (that or the movie industry) as a composer! Hopefully the people making their games will think that too!

spooky. I really like the arpped synth you used. It added a nice vice since everything had a bunch of reverb and delay while this one didn't.

I guess my only comment is to make this longer. I don't think the mood settled in quite just yet.

it's all up to you in the end. keep up the good work. :)

"I really like the arpped synth you used. It added a nice vice since everything had a bunch of reverb and delay while this one didn't."
...okay, I'm sorry. I have to laugh at this. It didn't have reverb, but it DEFINITELY had delay on it. :P In fact, I think the only thing that didn't have reverb and delay was the bass, which just had a loooooooong release time and was set so the volume on it would be completely off for the first half of each beat.

"make this longer"
I would so do that. D: Only problem is, the song was supposed to be 90 seconds or less. Making it a bit more than 90 seconds was pushing it.

Glad you liked it though! :D

Very relaxing and soothing, for the beginning, and end. Nicely done, so thumbs up! :) If this was in a game this song could be used for a sad, or calm scene. Awesome.

SkyeWint responds:

Hello! Yeah, this is meant to be an ambient background for a crypt, as I said in the description. :) It was actually accepted as that, so should be fine!

Glad you like it.

Not bad. I'm not entirely sure what kind of game this could fit with, I'd think some sort of puzzle game. It had a very relaxed feel to it, and it flows nicely. I guess the first half of it or so could fit during a more relaxed scene in, say, a futuristic action game. As the lighter synths come in, it loses that feel a bit. I don't know what it is.

It loops very nicely, had it running in the back for a bit and didn't even notice it looping. Nicely done. A bit short, maybe, but then again, it is a loop.

Hey there, Soap! Thanks! :D

A puzzle game... hm. Possibly.

"I don't know what it is."
...well, that makes two of us! :D

"It loops very nicely, had it running in the back for a bit and didn't even notice it looping."
And here I thought it was one of my worse loops... well, cool!

Thanks again!
