This is a piano/electronic cover of the main theme from the 1985 Sega arcade game Space Harrier.

This marks my first attempt to create a remake from scratch, as opposed to a collaboration. After being inspired by this song a few days ago, I just had to try putting my own spin on it.

This is the result of spending two days working on nothing but this tune. ^_^;

This could also be considered a remake of the Japanese Sega Master System V2.1 boot screen, in which you hear an 8-bit variant of this song if no cartridge is inserted when you power on the console.

Hope you enjoy this song!

I reply to all reviews, so feel free to leave one. :)

[Good thing I used VBR encoding, or this thing would not have fit here without cutting the quality ^_^;]

P.S.- A special thanks to RecorderDude for helping me debug my sequence!

Oooh, I see you made 2 versions. I left a review on your other version. Honestly I like this one much better! :D

Now this is interesting to me how some people prefer my slightly slower and less complex version of this song. Glad to see it's quite enjoyable. :) Thank you very much for another excellent review!

Back in Black, baby! And... HOLY SHEET, LOOK AT ALL YOUR MIXES. I have a lot of work to do. REVIEW SPAM TIME, GOOOOOOOOOOOO.

This one? Yeah, um, this one? I'm not even gonna comment on how incredibly superior this version is to the original. Not once will I say that this is probably something just under, if not a real masterpiece of piano-themed remastered beauty.

... Oup, I just did. :D

This song was clearly meant for piano. The back beat was rockin' too! Well done, you may make me a space Harrier guy yet Mack
