This song i composed under the influence of Nostalgia Critic`s review of the movie Ferngully, but especially with the moment about MAN. So i`ve made this track to show how bad MAN could be. Very dramatic, very personal song. I used Kontakt 5 Library for this.

I like this a lot. Reminds me of Michael Penn's theme for Boogie Nights. Lots of wacky Baroque stuff. Nice melodies, too.

Shredator responds:

I like Bach and Yngwie alot, so there so much Baroque. Thanks .

This is much better than the other song of yours I reviewed, but there's still the same areas to work on. The most jarring is the fact that the percussion line up with the melody. It sounds like you're recording live and can't keep up with the beat, but since this is done electronically I don't see how that's the case. Probably, you just need to learn to adjust the timing of what you've played after you've recorded it, or even better learn to quantize. Secondly, you have kind of sections of melody, which is a good thing-- you can write with variety and not be super repetitive (something I at times struggle with to be honest). What you can work on, though, is the transitions-- how are you moving the listener from section to section?

Keep at it, man, you'll get there.

Shredator responds:

Thanks for reviews it`s very important to me. It`s my first tracks that i`ve made. percussion here i really recorded in real time.
