This can't be your last song! You're much too good of an artist to quit making music. You are my single favorite artist on Newgrounds, and I hope that you'll continue making awesome songs like you have for so long. But if this truly is to be your last song, I'm glad you're going out with a bang. This is a great song. It's addictive to listen to, and that's what I like best about your music. It never gets old. This gets an instant favorite and download, and five stars from me. Great work.

As a fanatic lover of the decade's music, I was eager to see what you did with this, given the name. You've actually almost got it here, the sole use of synth sounds are a good start, and a simple, yet crystal clear melody also characterizes it so. HOWEVER, a few factors you are missing in order too achieve the sound you presumably wanted is firstly the drum beat. As a modern piece of electronica, it is fine, however with an 80's inspired song you want a lower-res drum kit sound, and you want some regular fills with the toms to really make it authentic. The bassline I reckon should alternate between two octaves - a real stereotype of that era. Lastly, you need to go a bit crazier with the synth! The melody is far too conservative! You should have wacky off beat chords on the synth, and practically find any excuse to throw in some crazy synthelicious moments in there! What made the era was the experimentation with sound! You've come very close, and if you DO ever revise this, I will be looking forward to the improvment!
