Everything except the drums sounds perfect to me. The drums sound good, but I'm not sure if they should be pushed way back in the mix like they are now or if they should be more prominent. That's your call. Right now, the beat sounds more like ambient/film score type stuff than hip hop. I'd think that if a rapper was trying to rap on this, they'd want the beat to stick out a bit more so they'd know where their syllables were going, but I don't know. Sometimes, they go for the left field minimalism thing. I just think, if you're gonna go in that direction (ambient, soft drums) then you might want to switch out the current drum loop for something more chill, soft and less bassey. Because right now I can't tell if I'm supposed to think the drums are sticking out or not.

I can imagine a chill ass funky bassline that flirts with the melodies(the speakers I'm hearing it through right now have NO bass), and drums to match it; a soft but strong kick (hope you know what I mean by soft) complimenting the bass notes. maybe a shorter, lighter snare and the hi hats kept minimal but maybe coming in stronger later on alongside a more impactful snare/clap and that voice.

hope this made sense, and whatever you decide on I'm lookin forward to the finished piece.
