With this piece I wanted to bring a feeling of a long epic journey in space, the more positive aspect and inspirational journey he is having. A moment away from the dangerous around him if you will.
This is a tune from my newly released solo metal album called: Life Systems. A power metal album with an abstract story that lets you imagine your own outcome.

That special style you have hitting those guitar notes is really unique, each time I hear one of your track it hits me like "Oh, that's DanJohansen!"
I gotta say though that sometimes it gets annoying, because you apply this exact same style to totally different music(reffering to older songs from you(really older :P)). Now while those songs are 'good' by themselves, the difference in genre is so drastic that it doesn't quite add up in my head, and usually I tend to skip those in my MP3.
But this time YOU NAILED IT!!!
Well, I have a wide range of styles I prefer to make, I know that all these different styles and ways of creating music will appeal to totally different audiences, which is something I accept and expect. But I wont limit my creativity though just to appeal to the same set of audience.
You should listen to my Chinese Dynasty track and you'll probably go: WTF is this!? This isn't ''trademark'' style Dan Johansen. But one thing I have in common with all my pieces, is that I focus on creating melodies that I hope stick with people after hearing them, I never make atmosphere-only music.
Anyways, glad you dig this one! ROCK ON! And thanks for your time :)

Love The rythym, but do it a little heavier, its not heavy metal when its not heaviest enough
Well, it's certainly not classical rock or rock and roll, so you tell me where to submit it then ;) Because I will certainly not change a piece of music just to make it 100% fit the genre I am submitting it to.

There's a really healthy blend of electronic/synth in this, it's different but nice.
I think there is something happening with the synth that giving off a little bit of white noise/hiss in the background. The synth sounds great, just that hissing frequency is bugging me.
Great stuff as a whole though!
Thanks for the great feedback man, I can understand the Hissing sound annoying certain people, I have a certain fetish for those hiss backgrounds though, it adds intensity and the feeling of space to me. THANKS AGAIN! :)
