Oh hai, Newgrounds! :3
I heard you like creepy stuff.
Here's a poem that I wrote and tried my voice at.
It's more of a spoken word than a song. But if you think it should go in another category, tell me which :P
Here's the lyrics:
this is the story of an itty bitty girl
she was left on her own in her itty bitty world
hair black as ink and her eyes round as pearls
yes this is the story of that itty bitty girl
her daddy was a lawyer with a heart so full of stone
he could crush you like a boulder and he wouldn't even know
her mother didn't notice becuause she was never home
and she danced while the itty bitty girl was left alone
she would tiptoe to the attic where her dolls would lie in wait
in the same place her daddy used to lock her to behave
but now this place of fright was somewhere she could play
as she laughed with her itty bitty dolls of fragile clay
But one day her parents got a message on the phone
and they told her they were moving somewhere they could be alone
then they grabbed her by the wrist as her dolls were left at home
as the itty bitty girl was once again left all alone
She kicked and she screamed, but her parents wouldn't listen
then her eye caught a knife in middle of the kitchen
she took it in her hand and she stabbed her mothers heart
but her daddy didn't have one - so she ripped his lungs apart
she went outside to the riverbank that seemed to cry each day
with two empty pails and a shovel by her waist
as she shuffled back inside, her parents lied in wait
as the itty bitty girl filled their bodies full of clay
