Yet another generic trance composition by yours truly. The beat is a little unusual for trance, though... I guess you could call this "tech trance", since the snares are more reminiscent of techno than trance. However, the rest of it is composed of a fairly-typical trance formula, with strings, a piano, a choir, acid (the instrument effect, not the *other* meaning), and the like. The melody was influenced by zircon's "Antigravity" - zircon fans will likely notice an air of familiarity to the piano melody in particular. For you audiophiles and dorks out there, the file is encoded in variable bit-rate (VBR) MP3 at around ~320 kbps with a sample rate of 44100 Hz. For you laymen out there, that's a fancy way of saying that the audio fidelity should be quite good. Anyway, I do hope you enjoy.

Other Trance Experiments:

#5: /audio/listen/476967
#6: /audio/listen/477626
#8: /audio/listen/482989

Actually, the number on this composition is misleading, because this is only the 6th "Trance Experiment" to be finished. #1-3 remain unfinished, and #7 ended up becoming a downtempo composition instead.
