I hate the audio transcoder or whatever here on the newgrounds audio portla. ALWAYS adds this nasty whine to bass. Perhaps it has to do with flash... idk.

This is not complete, but I haven't submitted anything in a while :S

That slight buzzing you hear in the first 10 seconds or so is not my fault, and you won't hear that sound if downloaded and played in VLC or Windows Media player or itunes.

So I have been working on prefecting a pluck, and found if I sidechain it to a 7/8 beat, the result is very cool, and I'll be using it a lot no doubt!

Anywho, this piece is quite relaxed, yet technical. I compressed the sub bass, and stereo separated some strings/ voices. I hope you can appreciate this one :P Its rather experimental.

Just discovered you a while ago and I've clicked on several of your latest pieces, such as the mix of Lazy Summer Days. I'm Blue, and Sunlight Remix and am quite impressed by what I'm hearing. I expect to be clicking a lot more soon lol

As for the song, it is rare that I can find a peaceful trance/dance/house type of song in the electronics section with all the scratchy techno and the wubbing dubstep (the scratch and wub are easily overdone, but can work wonders when controlled). The song itself just seems to click where others have not. Please keep up the posts, your audiophiles need their fix >w<

Catstuffer responds:

Ha, well thank you for your kind words :) I've been a little bit slow on the activity as I'm in the process of moving, and that is taking most of my time. I have a handful of projects that I have no forgotten about and hope to roll out soon :P Its just getting harder to keep it up and I'm more critical of my own music now more than ever so I'll often spend an hour and then delete the whole thing because I'm unhappy with it.... frustrating sometimes :P Oh well, thanks for stopping by! :)

Nice and a lot more relaxed than some of your other songs. I like it and the piano in the middle sounds good as well as the bass. Glad to hear you are still here and working. I know I can always get some good music from you! Good luck finishing it and I can't wait to hear it. ;)

Catstuffer responds:

Thanks Blockbust! My biggest fan! lol

I've kinda moved on from this agian, just because well, I spent a LOT of time on this and its kinda slow and doesn't cheer me up :P lol. So I'll have another song, a remix this time hitting the portal in a couple weeks :)

Thanks for always stopping by!!

We all have different tastes and I did go off your music because its always really high pitched but I gave this a listen and its amazing. I love how peaceful this isand I wish you made this kind of music more often because your clearly good at it.

Get this finished !! its great :)

Catstuffer responds:

Thanks so much for your kind words :) I usually like a little brighter, livelier music, but I felt like trying this style out. Its a lot of work from automation standpoint, but Iiked building it. I'm going to try incorporating a pluck in more of my stuff now I think. At elast until I get bored of it ;P

Thanks for listening! :D

Yays for 5 stars! I preferred 10/10 though lol... oh well... Newgrounds layout really ruined the audio portal in my opinion...

Finish it, add some complexity. Small background synths or just something to make it sound deeper. Some extra bass wouldn't hurt, either. I'd give you more stars but it just kind of cuts out.

Catstuffer responds:

Well yes it is not completed. I don't want to fill it up too much. Its intended to be fairly ambient and slow, but progressive.
