Phantasy Star Online: Blue Burst
Entry Into The Crater part 2
Original by Fumie Kumatani

You should listen to the original if you haven't heard it before at this address: http://www.youtube.com/wa tch?v=Ixj4ONl_fU0

But this song was really hard to make considering all the chords that blend together, making it really difficult for me to hear exactly the way the bass went, or how certain pads were used within the song... but I think I did a good job with this remix.

This song took me a few day to transcribe it on my comp because I didn't want to mess up the accuracy of the song as well. Needless to say, I still love the original because of the complexity/difficultly of the song... I never though I would be able to transcribe it because there was so much going on with the song, so I'm really happy with what I finished with this song...

But from here on out, if I remix another song, I want it to be as complex (or even more complex) then this song.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy this song and the original as well ^^

Final Edit: Adjusting sound levels and whatnot... it's done to me.

More "house"-y than its original, but that's not a bad thing. It sounds really good.

The last time someone tried to touch PSO here, it ended up terrible. It doesn't need to be said, but you did very well here.

I agree... the last time I tried to do a pso song... it just kicked my ass because my knowledge back then was not even adequate to what it is now... I'm just glad I can do something now.

Anyway, thank for the comment, and I respect that you can understand the difficult of the music in the series, so +5 to you :) lol.

IMO, the beginning felt like it was in a strange key. Then as I listened on, the same key was used in such a way that the song became interesting. I didn't think I would like it as much as I later did. I like how the song seems to flow very well, especially towards the end. I could see this being a tropical setting for a video game, and in that way, the song is well-done that way as well.

Great song. I just took off half a star for the odd start, but don't take that personally... the rest of the song was great.

I think that's the song itself... it's original design was to be somewhat creepy and weird... I just decided to go with the "cool" approach lol.

But thanks for taking the time to review anyway :D! It's greatly appreciated.
