There's a thread in the Audio Forum about a Metroid tribute album. I'm a fan of Metroid, so it caught my attention almost immediately. Immediately afterward, I made this.
Just doing what I can to add to all of the video game remixes already on the Portal.

It is rare that I find a Metroid remake that I actually like but this one blows my mind. I love the metroid series whole heartedly and you took my favorite metroid song and made it an eargasm.

It's very intresting how you saw that form of music in the Metriod game. It fits so well, I never even thought of it sounding like. Keep doin what yer doin.
