Gasmasq V1 - Flash diss, mic clarity diss, jokes have no punchline, hype on Valentine's is funny, stick Flashes is a little redundant. Overall Gas throws a handful of punches but it's more of a list than an attack pattern. Fewer hits would have been necessary if they had been a little more clever or biting. Valentine's day line is good though.

FatBeats V1 - Philosophical hipster douchebag, mayor diss, Spokane line is mediocre, foam sword is decent but LARPing disses are kind of old now, chilling with girl is an awesome flip. Hobby rapper is nice, finisher is weak.

Gasmasq V2 - Dragon flip is okay, hobby flip is stronger, Flash diss is horribly redundant. Chick's apartment for three days is a nice flip with an even better follower. "Retire you entirely" is fucking brilliant. Kind of the opposite of his first verse - very few punches but they're much, much stronger.

FatBeats V2 - Same flow/syllable disses are kind of ironic since you're drunk and slurring even worse than you usually do. Speakers nearly blew is a little confusing since I don't hear any problem with Gas' verse, plus you're actually popping. SoundCloud diss is solid and funny. Smorg diss is funny, deicide finisher is clever and appropriate.

Tight battle, very close. Overall I think Gas' attacks were more varied, having quantity in the first verse and quality in the second. Both threw a lot of light personals but I feel like Fat's most damaging diss was the SoundCloud line, which pales in comparison to the punches in Gas' second verse. Gasmasq for the advance.

Great!

Gas had better flows. Fat beats was good, just wasn't prepared for this.

Thanks for all the reviews gentlemen.
Oh how my jimmies were rustled.

A lot of people seem to be picking up on the rage in the second verse, but honestly, I was utterly hammered when I recorded that so I think I may have got a bit too into it. Having said that, I think I pulled it off quite well considering.

I was gonna do a long review detailing certain punches etc but voting time is pretty much over so fuck it.
I came into this pretty much expecting a loss, I mean, let's face it, I have a lot less battle experience than ol' Gassy. I did what I could though.

Congrats Gas (for real this time, not sarcastic).

Sincerely,
The Fattest of Beats

Okay, wow. That was great. Where do I start...hmmm.

Gasmasq's first verse was punches right out of the gate, which was good, but he really took a couple weird liberties with words (bare-a-lee, hairy carrie), and the no-action punch was kinda hail mary-ish although it was well delivered.

Beats waited too long to start his 16 I think, but came in with a good punch on the spokane/roofies and propane line, and had great flow and flips. Turned the no-action punch on its head as I thought, then built on it with the punches on the LARPing but maybe focused on it too much.

Gas was boss mode in his next 16, flipping the no-action flip into him being whipped, and just punched away. Dissing on him to change his hobby, exposing him as a secret fan, with great delivery and build-ons to bury FB. I think he closed it brilliantly with the retire entirely line.

Beats' attempt to bust down Gas's close was beastly, but a bit too angry, which made him sound too tryhard-ish. "highlight of your career is long gone and we're all getting bored" line was the best punch he delivered all match, but that was kind of it. His clarity was clouded by the rage, and it affected his delivery on the other punches.

Gas to advance for the great close and rustling Beats' jimmies.
