It's hard to see this as inherently Indie music, it's more like Indie-Pop. Anyways, aside from genre classification, I really like this song. It's very much like "of Montreal" in that it conveys something sad with an upbeat tone. It still sounds very original though, definitely one for the collection. Wish I knew how this was recorded. It sounds like a studio recording, but I've heard finer beats that were home-produced, so you could easily fool me.
