A song I wrote for the March/April MAC12. It took me a few days to get my guitar chops back, so don't mind the messy playing at some parts.

All other instruments were painstakingly programmed (especially the drums) while sound design (minus 3 splattery noises I got from freesound) and voices were all done by myself.

Had a too much fun making this song so hope you enjoy it.

the riffages are pretty cool. Has this psychedelic feel to it. The lil widdlediddle at the :40 mark is badass. Love the the whole slick / bluesy solo in the middle of the song. the voice acting was funny.

Thanks man. You know what they say.. widdle-all-the-way!

nice song balance you got there - the percussion rocks back and forth nicely in the bg and the bass is nice and flat behind it all - I'm a huge stickler for a proper useage of stereo field and this just feels nice and full to me - kinda reminds me of a battletoads type of song if you remember that game.

Nice use of the reverbed guitar focus around the one minute mark - and then some chunky guitar playing.. - I'll have to keep ya in mind if I ever wanna do some metal tracks in the future :)

hehe 2:15 mark rolls by and you give it an 80s ballad/dirge feel - nice - and then back to metal!

3:43.. haha.. where did you get those vocals? That's awesome hahaha..

good stuff man!

F-Meister responds:

Thanks for the review, as usual :)

Ah yes, battletoads, how could I forget...
The vocals were all done by me - the old man's voice was a parody of an old friend of mine who's only a year older than me but speaks like someone's grandfather!
Yeah sure dude, whenever you need some metal shreddage, gimme a shout.
