Here is my submission for the March Nac, St. Patrick Day Theme.
Everything here is played and recorded by me. Excuse the sloppy Violin playing, it's been years since I've last seriously played one.
Instrumentation:
Acoustic Guitar
Electric Guitar
Bass
Mandolin
Violin

This song is so beautiful it made me feel so happy and sad at the same time. I love the way that you took the idea of ST. Patrick day it was very different from what I expected. As PIED3 mention it felt so fresh to hear something not electronic it just felt like a coffee in a rainy day :D The only thing I can say is that sometimes the violin felt just a little bit out of time and that the ending felt kind of weird.
Good job I wish luck in the contest!

A very enjoyable listen! The lo-fi acoustic sound this has along with your "sloppy Violin playing" gives it a wonderfully heartfelt vibe. The whole piece is brimming with atmosphere, deep and swelling, ardent and full. From the opening bars it had me hooked, it dragged me away from my other tasks to demand my full attention. I sat and listened in the dark and i fell in love! The melodies are charming, they have a certain sorrow to them and are somehow still drenched in a stout resilience. It's always fun to find a piece full of real life instruments being played by a real life person on the AudioPortal, and to take a well deserved break from all the DAW stuff. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole piece, and wish you luck in the competition!

Dude. That was incredible. I hope you win, even if it means me getting second.
