Here is my submission for the March Nac, St. Patrick Day Theme.

Everything here is played and recorded by me. Excuse the sloppy Violin playing, it's been years since I've last seriously played one.

Instrumentation:
Acoustic Guitar
Electric Guitar
Bass
Mandolin
Violin

I enjoy how this is rather relaxing to listen to and very calm. Song gives a feeling of just kicking back and enjoying the summer days as time flies by and not much will ever change.

The mandolin sounded very beautiful and the playing was smooth. The acoustic guitar kind of feels like a fronting bass line and then the bass guitar gives a very soft backing beat to help give the song a heart of sorts. The violin sounded very pretty here and gave the feeling of just being happy, happy all day long. The electric guitar also sounded nice and I liked it as well.

Overall, very nice song and sounds incredibly clean and smooth. Excellent work here.

Your mic picked up many sounds that detered from the song itself. I can't tell if this is a result of poor mic selection, or a strange mic recording setup. The instrumentation was very cool, and I can really appreciate all of the work that goes into actually playing the instruments. This tune screams Celtic/Irish folk music. I really loved listening to this one, it was peaceful and full of talent. Tasty. Perhaps some filtering or different mic selection would have cleared up the tinny aspect that existed throughout the piece. I love this theme!

Awesome composition! Great recording too! This is really awesome! Ya got the irish in ya lad! Major props on composition and playing. Some flaws in the guitar tracks but nothing too serious.

Brilliant!

the quality of the samples is superb - and extra points for recording EVERYTHING in the song - honestly whenever I question the quality of the contestants of these contests one or 2 people always shine through and let me know that yes, they are still doing their job!

And yeah.. the violin is a bit shaky.. but hell.. it's better than anything I can do.. and that's a hard sound to peg down I know from personal experience.. I like the plucky feeling of the entire song.. I think it would really benefit from some vocals as well, if you ever decide to go down that road in future :)

a pleasure to listen to sinerider - keep up the stellar work! Adequate mixing as well!

10/10!
