Just putting music here that isn't a big deal... search for Daniel Stang on iTunes for much better music. Laters peeps:
Lyrics:
There's fire in your eyes
consuming whats left
Of the beauty you once saw
In all whom you met
Respite for your heart
And a plea to the wind
But the angels are sleeping
and the angels are sleeping
My Friend
ooo My Friend
It's not over
It's simply the end
Lets boast and drink wine
Until everyone's sick
And bring forth our demons
till the end of the wick
and I regret nothing
that fate can't decline
Raise up your glasses
Raise up your glasses
of Wine
ooo my friend
To dreams and
A heart on the mend
I can't give you proverbs
I know not the lines
The body it hungers
The heart it confines
I wish I could have you
I wish you god send
And the angels are sleeping
the angels are sleeping
My friend
Oooh my Friend
Please take all
the love you can spend

I loved it! I know it's been a few days since you put this on here, but I wanted you to know I loved it! I do agree with ti-on-suxandrox on the playing the guitar and singing a little bit louder on the chorus, but other then that I think it's a fucking beautiful song. Loved the lines, "I can't give you proverbs, I know not the lines. The body it hungers, the heart it confines." Beautiful! Just beautiful!

The keyboard should be higher in the mix and the vocals need to be slightly louder. I also feel that the song would be improved if you strummed the guitar a little harder and sang a little louder during the chorus. Other than those minor criticisms this is a pretty damn good song and I could actually see it getting some radio airplay.
