"Wow!!!"

This could be so amazing with lyrics. I bumped the score down to 8 because of the wasted potential. But other than that, you've got a solid base for a good song.

"pretty simple"

But could sound good, you need lyrics to sing with it. Thats the bad thing about punk it sounds really repetative and boring without lyrics. Also the high pitched version of the riff at the end did not fit the song. Try to come up with more variety for your next song. I liked the second riff a lot, not that big of a fan of the first, and really did not like the high pitched last one at all.
