Full Title: Serpentine Death - The Serpent's End

The title was kind of my way of slapping Dimmu Borgir in the face, even though I think the song I'm bashing is, musically speaking, absolutely amazing.
The music side of this, however, was just kind of whatever came to my head. That and it was an experiment to see how well a "guitar effects" soundfont I got sounded. It's all the guitar squealies that my synth can't do on its own.
And the ending breakdown is totally an August Burns Red thing.

Well, rate 5's and all that jazz. I guess I'll get used to the updated interface soon.

Oh, and this is the last synth song I'm going to be uploading for a while now. I'm going to focus on playing with my real guitar! \m/

Aslan-Emanuel responds:

Thanks, dude. This is still one of my old pieces ('cause I'm, like, stupidly lazy and haven't made any new original material for myself or your guys that's worthy of postage), and what's going on (that I totally didn't figure out 'til over a year or so later) is that my default project thingy that I used for the guitar synth and stuff has a limiter on it, so I was just going against a magic ceiling without realizing it. Also, since everything is basically MIDI, the guitar and drums attack at exactly the same time, making the distinction between the two instruments much harder to discern. Anyways, thanks for reviewing! Hopefully I'll redo stuff and whatnot.
