NAC Judging:
This is pretty cool, minimalistic, melodic, dreamy...I could have imaged this going further though, climaxing into something more. The mix was a bit weak too, especially the drum part. Still brings great feelings of love and for that you get good points :D

I like the contemplative feel of this piece - it's relaxing in it's minimalisticness. I think you may have a good chance to place high in this contest :)

nothing else I'd really add to this - except maybe vocals.. just maybe. It's good without too though.

1:31 brings a different feel to it.. which is kinda cool as it starts to elaborate as it goes. You kinda have that garageband band type feel in the bg with the drums.

the strings.. ehh.. and then the total final fantasy crystal theme ripoff feeling with the arps and strings hahaha.. not your fault though - they kinda ruined the whole cde g arp progression for anyone ever :P

overall nice.. could do to maybe be a bit longer and definitely not just cut off like it did.

9.5/10

I like the instruments at the very beginning, nice mix! Maybe a little bit too much snare at the beginning, maybe. I don't really want to make that kind of judgement. At the front of the piece, it feels pretty sad, probably due to the minor key. I'd like to see if that changes a little bit later on, or if it stays the same throughout. Like the mini build up at 1:29. The build up to 2:00 seemed to release into nothingness for me, kinda a turnoff. The soft section directly after 2:00 reminds me of Final Fantasy music, super thumbs up! The pieces all meld together fantastically through the entire piece, and it keeps the same feel through the entire piece. The ending seems a little bit abrupt, but sometimes that's a good thing.
9/10 for continuity
9/10 for composition
8/10 for catchiness
I think the entire piece was fantastically composed and the instruments were chosen with care. It just doesn't really have that oomph that makes me want to listen to it over and over again. I would probably listen to the middle section directly before 2:00 repeatedly, as well as the soft section after 2:00.

Awesome track you got going here. Laid back, lazy, good vibes. Any issues I could have against this would really just be minor nit picking. I felt like some of the dynamics could have been more organic which definitely gives off an artificial vibe. A good example of that would be that drum fill at 2:00. Play with those dynamics and de-quantize a tad to make those "live" instruments pop. Like I said though, it's a really minor complaint. It's one of those things that I notice about my own tracks that I hypocritically never fix. Good job sir :p
