This would make good background music.
Mostly because it wouldn't distract terribly from the game or video that it was taking the background to.

Oh noes abruptt ending!!1
Nah, just kidding, I know you just didn't want to make it anymore :P
I like some of the sounds that you use - the wobbly FM synth is really fun, especially. Overall I get the feeling that there's really no direction or change of pace, though, which makes it feel like it drags on a bit. Changing up the chords more frequently would help in this regard considerably.
Nonetheless, it's pretty good.
Well, i didn't really put much effort in this, so you're definitely right. I use to change things around much more, just didn't felt like doing it this time so i made something extremely simple that's just fun to listen to for 1 time.
