This is is a very nice piece I must say.

Melody - The melody itself was quite uplifting, however it was still a tad bit repetitive. My suggestion would be to try and give a little of the melody away at the beginning, and then after your climax and the rest ( its a method used by the pro's ), it helps to build tension in your song.

Transitions - While I was not too amazed by your transitions, they were suffice. I would suggest adding, sweeps - I use them alot - they help trance pieces really build nice climaxes. You know the really powerful "swoosh" sounds you hear in progressive trance pieces? Also try and add a kick roll, these are pretty much mandatory in a trance song - they really increase tension - and their release is great.

Instruments - I see you used some variety of instruments - very nice piano set - , however I think it would have been better if you used some more than you did. Not saying that you have too, just that for a piece like this you might want to do that. Its still good with a few.

Mastering - I feel like your kick was below your major sounds, maybe if you could bring it closer to the db level of the rest of your instruments, would help. It just sounded a bit "fuzzy".

For now thats about it, I hope my suggestions will help.
