This is the ONLY respectable remix i can actually listen to... You did Defcon Zero justice... Now it sounds like From Ground Zero... Defcon Zero was the intense battle, and now, it's over.... From Ground Zero... nice.

"Wow this is amazing."

date: July 15, 2008

This is wonderful. It has the melody of that fast paced original, however it has an over all calm and peaceful tone. It sounded like something that would fit right in a Final Fantasy game. Truly, this is wonderful, and although the orchestration isn't the most complex, its simplicity brings out the melody wonderfully.
Very well arranged and very well done!

"I feel bad"

date: April 24, 2008

Because it's such a beautiful and intricate melody... but ounce again the high pitched whine of a constant forte leaves your feeling a bit disappointed. The piece wants to move, the violins WANT to slow down or get softer, but it never comes.

Sorry man, it's not easy to compose or to translate an old piece into something like this but i find myself deflated due to the lack of dynamics.
