All I could her was her voice and tiny snippets of what i'm assuming is a guitar and not bursts of tape hiss. Of course, her voice is pretty damn great so she automatically deserves a 2.5. The chorus is kinda good as well, so i'll and another point to her score. Of course the mix just sounded weird to me, like you put an echo or something on her voice to screw it up.
nice way to put that last part.. that can always be fixed, and glad to know that all of her talent earned her those stars:)

hiiii
take the extreme high outta the vocals and boost the guitar up a little more and it would really improve this track!
a lil more eq and compression might be necessary but, i really like this song regardless.
i think you should also let your friend know that her song is doing really well!
