This not punk. Not at all. Listen to Of Mice & Men, Miss May I, Memphis May Fire, or Devil Wears Prada.

Keegs responds:

I think you mean metalcore. Punk is The Ramones & Sex Pistols in the 80's. It got more melodic with Lifetime & Bad Religion and Green Day in the 90's. By the 21st century, Pop-punk was on the rise with bands like Blink-182, New Found Glory, Sum 41, etc. These days pop-punk (Which is what this song is), is mostly Posi Pop-Punk with bands like The Wonder Years, Light Years, A Story So Far and Four Year Strong.

Most of the Warped Tour bands you listed are metalcore, deriving more of their influence from thrash, classic metal and maybe some hardcore punk.

I appreciate your passion but, please, do some research before trying to assert your opinions on the internet. It will save you a lot of embarrassment in the long run.

Cheers!

As a Satanist i have quite a lot of religious opinions on the matter, but as we are here for the music, i can only say: Awesome!

(...i won't put it on my PS Vita though....since this is not really the message i want to send out to the world XD)

Keegs responds:

Haha. Don't worry, (SPOILER ALERT) Santa dies at the end! xDD

There really should be a Punk Christmas compilation album, I would love to see more like this.

Keegs responds:

Thanks!! I planned to do one this year but ran out of time! Maybe next year! :)

At first when I heard the bells, I was thinking that this would be a typical cover of the song, and then the music started and I damn near blammed it. It was kind of muddled and made no sense. It was toned down as if was suppose to have lyrics. Then the lyrics started in. Really tied the thing together.

Nice save. Good way to jazz up a classic

Keegs responds:

Hahaha. Thanks! The intro is actually part of the score to a short film I made. The actual rock part of this song is the part where the credits roll in! I'm posting a link in the description. Glad you liked it!

Hmmmmph.

This is a complete copy of razor burn by lagwagon

Keegs responds:

Have you never heard the song "O Come all ye Faithful"?? Also known as "Adeste Fideles" Which was written sometime in the 13th century. Lagwagon put "Razor Burn" out in the nineties. Using some upper-level math, I think we can determine who copied who. And derp.

Nice icon! Love those guys!

Thanks for the review!
