This song intro/thing is the result of testing with FL Slayer 2, by ReFX. A very very nice plugin to make more realistic sounding guitars than FL Slayer can do.
Just because it is a work-in-progress now does not mean it always will be.
EDIT: The introductoin has been changed, drumkits and pizzacatos removed. I hope it helps. I decided to push out a small update so as not to hurt the ears of someone who is listening to it in it's original state.

Definitely has potential
I completely agree, no question with EvilChocolatePenguin below me because I completely agree, sounds terrible with those chords but without them, it would be pretty good!

Potential
3/5 to be generous, because it has potential, but those background chords from 0:30 to 0:43 or so were terrible, pull them out. They clash with the better sounding part of the song.
I completely agree with you, they were only in there as a placeholder for something better. I will definitely be removing them.
