My first attempt at dubstep. Did I do it right?
I've heard some crazy shit come out of this genre over the past few months, here and elsewhere. I've contemplated for a long time how it's done, and decided to experiment with it a little to see if I could figure it out. I think I've finally got it; program changes! Where separate instances of a certain unnamed and MASSIVEly popular vst are cycled through in an almost random fashion to create crazicoolness.
While this shit isn't nearly on the level with alot of what I hear out there, I'd like to think it's an example of execution that I can use to refine my approach to this...fad genre :P what do you think?
