Lol this is so happy sounding. Makes me wanna go catch some pokemanz or something.
A fun song I put together this week, A fun song to dance in the rain to!! lol. Please review if you vote! Thank you!
(There's a sequel to this song, Blizzard Drums that I wrote this year (2013) If you liked "Rain Drums", try "Blizzard Drums"

lol. I'm happy to hear you enjoyed it! ^^
This is quite nice.
I like the use of the steel drums and all the contrasting melodies that you have going on at once. It's nice to listen to. I also liked the intro into the track, short but sweet, but just enough to give a good introduction to what the track was about.
A couple miffs/nitpicks/what-have-you: While I liked the use of the steel drums for the main melody and all the contrasting melodies you have going on, it does get a little too repetitive before the end of the track. I feel like you could have varied the melodies as you went along, even in a 2 minute track. Also, the outro seemed a little rushed and it feels like the song has unfinished ideas to fulfill. It didn't quite feel complete, y'know?
Other than that, I liked the track and I hope you continue making more.

Thank you so much!!
Fantastic piece, I might end up downloading it later, really great work. It's fun, it flows well, all the instruments are good quality, I have no complaints about this song at all. Keep up the good work!
-- I was wondering what program you used for this, and what sort of instruments you used. I've worked in FL Studio, and have been having some trouble locating free orchestral instruments. I've been using DSK Overture, but it causes the song to have static. --
Thank you so much! I use FLS 9, I think the only VST's I used were the pad.
This is really nice! Steel drums sound cool :) Hard to believe you're running out of ideas if you can come up with stuff this good ...
Thank you :)
Very nice.
Those water sound effects you use at the beginning immediately give this song a rainy feeling. Nicely done. Just after that odd drum (I forgot the name) came in, which gave more of a beach feeling. Nice to have those two sorts combined.
After that nearly the whole song existed of those beachy drums with a background music and beat. It was nice how tropcal it all sounded, but it did get a bit repetive. This only started near the end though, so don't think this whole song was boring, because it isn't.
Perhaps the only thing I didn't like about this song was the volume going up and down around 1:40. It irritated me more than it gave a feeling of something special.
This song has one of the best intro and ending I've heard in a while on the audio portal. It gives a nice atmosphere, and would fit just fine in a game. It even is nicce to listen to just on its own. I don't think it's completely perfect though.
