man i got to give all credit to God for giving me the inspiration for this song and the ambition to finish it.

... ya know that feeling that you get when your caught up in a storm and your like, "this wasn't how it was going to happen! this isn't the way it was supposed to end!" and it feels like your falling towards the ground at a hundred miles an hour, and anything that seems that it could slow your descent only sends you faster to your ultimate destruction. then, right as your about to hit the ground you cry out "Jesus save me!" you look to the sky in that last second and see the heavens open up, and a Man appears and grabs you, and sets you gently on the ground. as you look up to see who saved you, the man begins ascending back up to heaven, and just as he is about to disappear He says, "no matter what you do, where you are, or what situation you are in, I will always be there by your side, to pick you up when you fall".

this was kinda the idea that i had in mind when i was making this, and i would love to see it made into an animation. :)

i spent over 9 1/2 hours on this in 3 days and countless hours trying to figure out genre to make this in. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out! originally this was going to be a trance song, then it was gonna be a happy hardcore track, but in the end it somehow managed to become a DnB song.

all reviews are welcome. and for anyone who's wondering, this is a remix of twinkle twinkle little stars. :D

Loving that gate!

The gate you used is awesome! :D I really like the basslines and melodies and everything. The sub bass drop; at 0:12 and 0:23 were sick as hell man. The breaks and leads are great too. I just think your piano should have more depth. If it was FL Keys that you used I would be kinda of disappointed... Also, once the drums break at 0:57 you should remove the phaser cause it got a little annoying... Nice job dude. I like most of it lol. 8/10 5/5 :D

i like the drum break! >:c lol
i HATE FL Keys so much! unfortunatly thats all i have to work with. i dont think it detracts from the overall song that badly though. i worked a lot on the mastering and EQing to try and fix the bad FL keys tin sound. and i like that phaser so i most certainly will not remove it! :o it would sound better if it was NEXUS2 and not FL Keys lol. i am personally very satisfied with the outcome of the song. i dont have many external VST's(just vanguard lol) so i used what FL Studio has to offer. as for the gate, i made it with Vanguard.

anyways thx for the review

thanks! God has given me a great gift by giving me the ability make music. i thank him for that to. I've been noticing that lately that i havent been making music that praises God, or atleast shows Him that I'm thankful for the gift he gave me. being a Christian on an extremely secular sight like newgounds sometimes pulls me further from God I feel, and I often times think i should leave because of this. Its reviews like your that keep me around though. it makes me realize that even though at times i feel like the only Christian on newgrounds, and that if i speak out people will vote 0 or be more critical of my work because of my religion, i shouldnt worry cause the whole point of being a Christian DJ is to give glory to God, and to spread the good news of Jesus Christ into a genre that lacks knowledge of him and how he died to save us of our sins. and that i should not worry about reviews or what people will vote on my music.
so thank you for leaving this review and helping me to once again realize what my original purpose here on newgrounds was, and will always be! God bless you, and i hope you have a good year. :)

So that's why it sounded so familiar!!

This explains it all. xD

That was really great!! From the middle on, it reminded me a lot of ZeRo_BaSs' works (and I really like them).

It's been a while since I haven't come to NewGrounds, but surely was worth coming back, just for this. I'm putting this on my phone for sure!!

Great job, loved it.

Rock On!!

Calming

As for remix I want to guess Spirit in the Sky for some reason even though it is likely not the right answer here. The song itself has a great sound, I like it. Starts soft then kicks up to drum and bass feeling. Good song, very relaxing.

The drums sound very fast and I like the rhythm they have going on. The synth has a soft feel that makes you smile and feel all better even though things aren't always going the way they should be. The bass is solid and very nice on the ears, great work.

Overall, very neat song, enjoyable.
