Electronic - Video Game

In the lab's west wing, he found himself surrounded by cold steel. Experiments on ice - some less frozen now than one could prefer - were scattered about. Even here, he was not alone. There were eyes all around him, waiting to see how he'd move forward.

More delightful Darin project music!

I've a less determined imagery in mind for the stage, but wanted to fuse the generic ice level atmosphere with something a bit more mechanical and technological, the latter half being the theme of most of the project as the game's setting is inside a lab, wherein you are honestly quite tiny.

Honestly not a lot to say on this one. D: Still experimentin'. Kinda how I'm rolling with the OST for this, but am sticking with the mixture of electronic and natural elements in the instrumentation. This one leans on synths more than Artificial Nature, but the environment is also less natural overall, so I guess that works.

Great job!

This definitely fits the theme you had in mind. The ice comes through very clearly. Depending on the type of lab you had in mind, that part matches nicely. But all those dee-dee's get repetative. Quickly. You changed them up, drowned them out, and even dropped them, but....just too repetative. The first three minutes were just solid same three notes of whiny tech sounds that seemed too up front and obvious.

That seems to be the general consensus. I'll have to fiddle with them some more.

Everything's balanced out; the sounds form a perfect harmony~ It manages to capture the element of ice in a very strong manner. 5/5.

This song would be better

If you entirely took out the deedeedee dee dee dee dee. At least all it did for me was make the song annoying.
